Animal Sponsorship & Donations

Sponsoring Charley's Strays: Although we do not charge an adoption fee, ordinary vet costs, vaccinations, medications and our day-to-day expenses for housing and feeding our Shelter's animals can add up quickly. When we get in a dog or cat that needs special veterinary care, these costs can sometimes become quite high. We need your help to be able to provide whatever care is needed to our animals. Giving a donation to Charley's Strays  helps to pay for our daily expenses, and will also help us with our veterinary and medication expenses.

Sponsoring An Individual Animal: If you prefer to give a donation for a specific dog, cat or other animal, we welcome your kindness and generosity. All our animals need your help. Sometimes people like to put a name on the animal they are helping. All of our animals have a name. You as a sponsor can help to pay for an animal's special needs, or just help us feed and care for an individual animal. Please read the biographies of our animals. If you can find it in your heart and budget to help one of them, please let us know which animal you wish to support. Your donation will then be designated specifically for that animal. Your donation can be a one time gift or reoccur on a schedule that is convenient for you and your budget.
